Parish in ye County of Somersett afsd Planter Sarah Walker Jun.r Late of Stepny Parish afsd in the County
of Somersett afsd Spinster Susanah Walker Late of Stepny Parish afd in ye County of Somersett afsd
Spinster & Mary Walker Late of Stepny Parish afsd in the County of Somersett afsd Spinster ye Twenty Third day
of may One thousand seven hundred & twenty Three at Stepny Parish afsd in ye County of Somersett afd
within force and Arms &c within the Jurisdiction of this Court  One Holland Apron of the Value of ten shillings
Currant Money of Maryland One Scotch Cloath apron of the Value of six shillings LIke money as afsd One pare
of Cotton Stockings of the Value of seven shillings Like Money as afd and One Cambrick Mob of the Value of four
shillings Like Money as afd of the Goods and Chattles of a Certain John Banister then and There being found Then and there
Felloniously Stole Took and Carried a Way against the Peace &c and the Good Rule and Dignity of the
Right Honourable the Lord Proprietarie &c          and against the form of An Act of Assembly of This
Province in such Cases Made and Provided

Miles late of the County of Somersett wheelwright the first day of September ann Dom seventeen
       hundred and twenty three at Somersett parish in the County afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court with force & arms
       &c One Banded hogg about four years old marked with a Cropp on Both Ears, and over haved on
       both Ears of &c Price of twenty shillings Curr.t money of the Goods and Chattles of a Certain Daniel Maddux
       then & there being found then & there with a Certain Staff did Beat and Strike in so much that the hogg afd
       by means of the Beatting and Striking afd ye Day & Year afd did dye & other harms to the afd Daniell then
       and there did do to ye Great Damage of the same Daniell and against ye Peace &c and the Good rule &
       Dignity of the said Lord proprietary &c                         Tazewell Clk Indictmts
