&c One Banded hogg about four years old marked with a Cropp on Both Ears, and over haved on both Ears of &c Price of twenty shillings Curr.t money of the Goods and Chattles of a Certain Daniel Maddux then & there being found then & there with a Certain Staff did Beat and Strike in so much that the hogg afd by means of the Beatting and Striking afd ye Day & Year afd did dye & other harms to the afd Daniell then and there did do to ye Great Damage of the same Daniell and against ye Peace &c and the Good rule & Dignity of the said Lord proprietary &c Tazewell Clk Indictmts Testes Alexander Maddux, Daniel Maddux, W.m Fountain On the Back of the foregoeing ^Bill^ of Indictmt it was thus Endorst vizt Ignoramus James Mackmorie Foreman |
