To M.r Robert J. Jump Esq.r Clerk of the Circuit Court of Caroline
County State of Maryland
                                      This is to give notice that we the undersigned
Co^u^llard persons of the County and State aforesaid are about visiting
the State of Delaware in the employ of James J Burnite of Caroline
County & State aforesaid who is about to remove to the State of
Delaware and we do so in compliance with a contract made by
us with the said James K. Burnite in whose employ we have bin
for some time past but in going to the State of Delaware we do not
purpose pennently to remove from maryland but after we shall
have compleated the contract we purpose to return to Maryland
this notice is given in Compliance with the provisions of the act
of assembly passed in the Year 1831 Chapter 323 Sec.t 2d I witness
thereof we have hereunto Set our hands and seal this thirtieth day
of December 1858
