	500 June Court 1720 then and there due from the S^d Timothy to the S^d plt^f. the Same plt^f then and there being Sheriff of Kent County af^d. and So thereof being indebted the af^d Timothy in his Lifetime in Consideration thereof afterwards viz^t. the af^d tenth day of January in the year af^d. at the parish County and Jurisdiction af^d. upon himself assumed and to the S^d plt^f then and there last mentioned faithfully promised that he the S^d Timothy the af^d Summ of one hundred and Eight pounds of merchantable Tobacco unto the S^d plt^f when thereunto required would well and truely pay and Content. And that whereas also the af^d Timothy in his lifetime afterwards viz^t. the tenth day of January in the Year of our Lord Christ one thousand Seven hundred and fifteen at the parish County & Jurisdiction af^d. was indebted to the af^d. plt^f in the Summ of one hundred and fifty five pounds of Merchantable Tobacco for one Levey of one Taxable then and there last mentioned due from the S^d Timothy to the S^d plt^f the Same Plt^f. then and there Last mentioned being Sheriff of Kent County af^d. and So thereof being Indebted the S^d Timothy in his Lifetime in Consideration thereof afterwards viz^t. the af^d. tenth day of January in the Year of our Lord Christ Seventeen hundred and fifteen at the parish County and Jurisdiction af^d. upon himself assumed and to the S^d plt^f then and there last mentioned faithfully promised that he the S^d Timothy the af^d Sum of one hundred & fifty pounds of Merchantable Tobacco to the S^d plt^f. when thereunto required would well and truely pay and Content. And that whereas also the af^d. Year of our Lord Christ one thousand Seven hundred and Sixteen at the parish County and Jurisdiction af^d. was in indebted to the af^d. plt^f in the Sum two hundred and twenty one pounds of merchantable Tobacco for one Levy of one Taxable then and there last mentioned due from the S^d Timothy to the S^d. plt^f. the Same plt^f. then and there last mentioned being Sheriff of Kent County af^d. and So thereof being indebted the af^d. Timothy in his lifetime in Con= Sideration thereof afterwards viz^t. the tenth day of January in the year of our Lord Christ Seventeen hundred and Sixteen at the parish County and Jurisdiction af^d. upon himself assumed and to the S^d plt^f then and there last mentioned faith= fully promised that he the S^d Timothy the af^d. Summ of two hundred and twenty pounds of merchantable Tobacco to the S^d plt^f. when thereunto Required would well and truly pay and Content. Nevertheless the af^d Timothy in his Lifetime his Severall promises and assumptions af^d. in form af^d made as to the af^d. Severall Summs of Tobacco amounting in the whole to the Summ of four hundred and Eighty four pounds of merchantable Tobacco litle regarding butt plotting and fraudulently intending him the S^d plt^f in that behalfe Craftily to deceive & defraud the af^d Summ of four hundred and Eighty four pounds of merchantable Tobacco
