480 June Court 1720 to the Summ of Seven thousand two hundred pounds of Tobacco and Costs of Suit agst him which the Sd plt does not gainsay Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the 28th day of July anno Domi 1720 afd. that the Sd Phillip Holeadger Recover agst. the Sd George Macay as well the Summ of Seven thousand two hundred pounds of Tobacco his Debt afd in form afd Confessed as also the Summ of four hundred twenty four pounds of Tobacco by the Court here adjudged to him for his Costs and Charges by him about his Suit in this behalfe laid out and expended and the Deft in Mercy &ca. Jams Smith Clk
and the afd Deft by Thomas Bowne his attry comes and defends the force and injury when &ca. And Saving to himself all manner of Advantages and Exceptions as well to the writ afd as to the Decln of the Said Plt. prays leave to imparle hereunto untill next Court and he hath it the Same day is given the Plt also
