March Court 1719 457 the Plt Decln And the Said John Williamson by David Macbride his attry comes and offers himselfe against the Said Abam Brown Admr. as afd in the Plea afd But the Said Admr. Not prosecuting his writ in the plea afd according to the rule of Court agst. the Said John Williamson whereby the Said John Williamson Remains wholly unprosecuted Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the 21st. day of March Anno Domi 1719 afd That the Said Adam Brown Admr. as afd take nothing by his writ afd But be in mercy for his false Clammor and that the Said John Williamson go thereof without day Jams Smith Clk
in Cask to Contain the Same of the price and value of five pounds Sterling money which from him he unjustly detains &ca. and Whereupon the afd Plt. by Thomas Bowne his attry Saith that Whereas the afd Deft. the Eighteenth day of September in the Year of our Lord Christ one Thousand Seven hundred and Sixteen at St. Pauls Parish in Kent County within the Jurisdiciõn of this Court by his certain Bill Obligatory which he the Said Deft Sealed with his Seale and as his deed delivered hereinto Court brought the date whereof is the Same day and year afd bound himselfe to pay or cause to be paid unto the afd - Plt. the afd full & just Sume of five hundred pounds of good Sound Merch[:] :antable Leafe Tobacco in Cask contain the Same of the afd Price and value of five pounds Sterlg money to be paid unto the afd Plt Convenient in the afd County at or upon the tenth day of November next Ensuing the date of the Said bill Obligatory Yet the afd Deft. altho? often required the afd Sume of five hundred pounds of Tobacco to the Said |
