   thereof Execution against the Said Thomas Tolley according to Act of
   Assembly &ca. As also the Cost Sume of Two hundred and twenty
   Nine pounds of Tobacco by the Justices here adjudged to the Said Plts
   for their Costs and Charges about their prosecuting the afd pre^Attachmentagst. the

          And Whereupon the afd Plt by Thomas
   Bowne his attry Saith that whereas the afd Deft the twenty fifth day
   of Janry in the Year of our Lord Christ one thousand Seven hundred
   & fourteen at St. Pauls Parish in Kent County within the Jurisdiciõn
   of this Court was Indebted unto the afd Plt in the Sume of one hundred
   and Ninety Six pounds of Merchantable Tobacco for two Levys of
   two Taxables then & there due from this Deft unto the Said Plt
   the Same Plt then & there being Sherf of Kent County afd and So
   thereof being Indebted the afd Deft in Consideration thereof —
   afterwards vizt. the afd twenty fifth day of January in the Year afd
   at the parish County & Jurisdiciõn afd upon himselfe assumed & to
   the Said Plt then & there last mentioned faithfully promised –
   that he the Said Deft the Sume of one hundred & Ninety Six
   pounds of Merchantable Tobacco unto the Said Plt. when thereun:
   :to required would well & truly pay and Content And that whereas
   also the afd Deft afterwards vizt. the twenty fifth Day of January in
   the Year of our Lord Christ one Thousand Seven hundred & fifteen
   at the County^Parish AndJurisdiciõn afd was Indebted unto the afd Plt in the
   Sume of Three hundred and Seventy Six pounds of Merchantable
   Tobacco for two Leveys of two taxables two Amerciaments and Clerk
   fees and then & there last mentioned due from the Said Deft to the
   afd Plt. the afd Plt. then and there last mentioned being Sherf of
   Kent County afd and So thereof being Indebted the afd Deft in Considerati:
   :on thereof afterwards vizt. the afd twenty fifty day of January in the Year
   of our Lord Christ one Thousand Seven hundred & fifteen at the Parish
   County and Jurisdiciõn afd upon himselfe assumed to the Said Plt
   then and there last mentioned faithfully Promised that he the
