                                    March Court 1719                                           421 
   accruing on the Premises afd
   It is Considered by the Justices here to wit the Same day and Year
   last mentioned That Simon Wilmer Gent high Sherf of Said County
   take the afd Henry Monk in his Custody and Put him in the Pillory &
   there to Stand as in the Judgment and then to Put him to the Publick
   whyping Post & there to Receive as in the Judgment afd and when the
   Same Executed to bring him into Court againe After which the Same
   day and Year last mentioned Came the afd Sherf with the afd Henry
   Monk and made return of his Said precept in Endorst as folls to wit
   in all things Served and Executed pr Simon Wilmer Sherf
      ordered by the Court here that Simon Wilmer Gent high Sherf of
   Said County keep the Said Henry Monk in Custody untill the four
   fold and fees be Satisfied ——–
   D:M: Lord Ship — | Indictmt. for having Mollato Child Aprs. Pleads not
             ——– | guilty and ordered that the Sherf take into
                at | his Custody the Said Margret Murrough untill She
     Margret Murrough  | Shall have her tryall ——–
   The Grand Jury againe returns and delivers Presents to the Court
   as folls viz

   Edward Dwire for breaking the House of William Davis Carpenter and
   feloniously Stealing & bearing away three Rasors one knife & fork
   one pr. mens Leathr. Gloves two hansks Sewing Silk
      ordered That a Warrt. be directed to John Walls to take the Same
   which was accordingly Done

      Peter Green & Mary Bateman for Cohabitting together after ad:
   :monished by the Vestry of St. Pauls Parish

   Josea Crouch & Elizabeth Baker for Cohabitting together after admon:

   The Grand Jury Consents that forme not touching Substance may be
   altered in the afd Presentments ——
