   386                                     March Court 1719
   Recover against the Said Nathaniel Pearce as well the SUme of five
   hundred and Nineteen pounds of Tob^o. Damages afd in forme afd Confessed
   as also the Sume of Two hundred and Nineteen pounds of Tobacco by the
   Court here adjudged to him for his Costs and Charges about his Suite in this
   behalf expended and the Deft. in mercy &c^a.

	a^t	\|	the Plt ag^st. the Said Deft and wherein the Sherf of Kent
	Sam^l Clarke Ad^r	\|	County to whom the writ in the Same accõn was —–
	Timothy Mulcorne	\|	directed makes return thereof to the Court here on the

   third Tuesday in March to wit the 15^th day of the Same month Anno
   Domⁱ 1719 being the day of return of Said writ Endorst Cepi Corpus p^r me
   Simon Wilmer Sher^f.
   and the Said Deft by David Macbride his att^ry comes and defends the
   force and injury &c^a. And Saveing to himselfe all manner of Advantages
   and Exceptions as well to the writ as to the Declⁿ of the Said Plt prays liberty
   to imparle thereto and to answer at next Court which he hath the Same
   day is given the Plt also ——
