     382                                       March Court 1719
   in March to wit the 15th day of the Same month Anno Domi 1719 being
   the day of return of Said writ Endorst Cepi Corpus pr me Simo Wilmer Sherf.
   and the Said Deft by John Johnson his attry comes and defends the
   force and injury when &ca. And Saving to himselfe all manner of
   advantages and Exceptions as well to the writ as to the Decln of the
   Said Plt. prays liberty to imparle thereto untill next Court which is
   granted the Same day is given the Plt also ——

Martin Flanigan     | Plt agst the Said Deft And wherein there Issued



a Copy of the Decln with the writ in the Said Accõn
   and wherein the writ in the Said accon was directed to the Sherf of Kent
   County who makes return thereof to the Court here on the third tuesday in
   March to wit the 15th dayof the Same month Anno Domi 1719 being the
   day of return of Said writ Endorst Cepi Corpus pCopy of the Decln Served in
   time pr me Simon Wilmer Sherf
    Whereupon at the Prayer of the Plt by his Sd Attry the Said Deft. is
   adjudged to give Special baile to the accõn afd And the Sherf of Said County
   keep the Said Deft in Safe Custody untill he Shall give Special baile
   Thereupon James Greenwood of Kent County planter present here in
   Court undertakes for the Said Martin Flanigan that in Case the Said John
   Hendrickson Shall recover Judgment in the plea afd against the Said Martin
   Flanigan or that he the Said Martin Flanigan Shall be therein Convict
   that then he the Said Martin Flanigan Shall pay the Condemnation
   of the Court thereupon or render his body to the Custody of the Sherf of
   Said County in Satisfaccõn thereof or that the Said James Greenwood
   will do it for him
   Kent County | Martin Flanigan of Kent County Planter als Dicts Martin Flaninngan
            in | Ss   of sd County7 was Sumoned to answer unto John Henderickson of a
      Maryland     | Plea that he render him the Sum of Six hundred pounds of good
   Sound Marchentable Leafe Tobacco of the value of Six pounds Sterling money
   which from him he unjustly detains &ca And Whereupon the afd Plt by
   David Macbride his attry Saith that whereas the afd Deft the first day of June
   in the Year of our Lord Christ one Thousand Seven hundred and Nineteen at
   St. Pauls Parish in Kent County within the Jurisdiccõn of this Court by his Certain bill
   obligatory which he the Said Deft Sealed with his Seale and as his deed
