    334                                  Novembr Court 1719
   Richard Cole Admr. | This being an Action of Debt for Three Thousand
    Renatus Smith – | Commenced by the Plt against the Said Deft
                at | wherein there Issued a Copy of the Decln with the
   John Jones — | writ in the Said Accõn and wherein the Sherf
   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~
of Kent County to whom the writ in the Same
   Accõn was directed makes return to the Court here Endorst Cepi Corpus
   Copy Decln Served in time pr Simon Wilmer Sherf.
   Whereupon at the Prayer of the Plt by David Macbride his attry
   the Deft is adjudged to give Special Bayle and that the Sherf
   of Kent County keep the afd John Jones in Safe Custody untill he
   Shall give Special baile as afd   And rule is given to the Said Deft
   to file a plea to the afd Accõn in thirty days after Court otherwise
   Judgment to be rendered for want of the Same —— and thereupon
   the Same accõn is Continued untill next Court
   Richd Cole Admr | This being an Accon of Dt. for 1100lb Tobo Commenced by
   Renatus Smith | the Plt agst the Said Deft and wherein the Sherf
                at | of Kent County to whom the writ in the Same
   John Wilson | Accon was directed makes return thereof to

the Court here vizt. on the third tuesday in Novembr
   Anno Domi 1719 being the day of return of Said writ Endorst Cepi
   Corpus                                          pr Simon Wilmer Sherf.
     Whereupon at the prayer of the Plt by David Macbridge his attry
   the Deft is adjudged to give Special Bayle to the Accõn afd .
   Thereupon Ebenezar Blackiston of Said County Gent. present here in
   Court undertakes for the Said John Wilson that in case the Said
   Richard Cole ADmr. as afd Shall recover Judgment in the plea afd agst.
   the Said John Wilson or that he the Said John Wilson Shall be
   therein Convict that then he the Said John Wilson Shall pay the
   Condemnation of the Court Thereupon or render his body to the
   Custody of the Sherf of Kent County in Satisfaction thereof or that he
   the Said Ebenezr Blackiston will do it for him
    and the Said Plt by his attry afd Puts in a Decln in the Said Accõn
   which is as folls vizt — Kent County in Maryland Ss John Wilson of
   Kent County Planter als. Dictt. John Wilsun pLantur of Kint County
   was Summoned to Answer unto Richard Cole Adminstrator of all the
   Goods and Chattells Rights and Credits which were of Renatus Smith
   who dyed Intestate [as tis Said] of a plea that he render unto him the
   Full Soum of a Lufun houndred pound of good Sound CLean toBaCo
   and Cask of the value of Eleven pounds Sterling money which
