   332                                Novembr Court 1719
   William Ruock of this County having a negro man called Francis
   being very aged and not capable of Labour whereby to answer his mainte:
   :nance It is Considered by the Justices here that the Said Master pay no
   Levey for the Same for the future he being adjudged not capable of
   Labour to answer his maintenance ——
   Mr Saml. Thomas Daniel Flinn James Greenwood John Astle
   Vivian Beck William Burk Sworn as Evides. & Sent to ye Grand Jury
    Joseph Everit appointed oversear of the Roads vizt. from
   Worton Town to Cæcil old Road and from Said Town to J:V:
      Edward Jarvis brings a Servt. boy of his named Patrick Love
   [brought into the Country by Capt Loveston] to have his age adjuded
   to know when he is to payforLevey^him on View of The Same It is
   Considered by the Justices here That the Said Patrick is adjudged to
   be fourteen Years old And that he Serve tell he arrives at the
   age of Twenty One Years the Said Patrick Love having Indentures
   to Serve no longer ——

   Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the afd Susannah
   Shall not to pay his Said LordShip his heirs and Successrs. the Sume
   of five hundred pounds of Tobacco for her keeping a Publick house
