   Tobo. to the Said Plt hath not paid or any ways made content for the Same
   but the Same to pay hath hitherto gainsayed and Still doth gainsay to the
   damage of the Said Plt forty pounds Sterling and thereupon he brings
   Suite &ca.                      TBowne pr Quer plds. John Doe Richard Roe —
   And the Said Deft in his proper person comes and at the prayer of the
   plt by his attry afd the Deft is adjudged to give Special baile to the
   accõn afd And that the Sherf of Said County keep the Said Deft in
   Safe Custody untill he Shall give Special baile as afd
        Att which Said next Court vizt. the 20th day of June Anno Domi
   1719 came againe the afd Plt by his attry afd And the Said Deft in
   Custody as afd And no plea being fild to the afd Accõn this Court gives
   a rule to the Said Deft to putt in a plea in twelve hours otherwise Judgmt
   to be rendered for want of the Same And after wch Time no plea being putt
   in whereby the Said Plt may remain against the Said Deft without
   further defence Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the 20th day
   of June Anno Domi 1719 afd That the Said John Johnson Recover agst
   the Said Robert Gray as well the Sume of four Thousand pounds of
   Tobacco his debt afd as also the Sume of
   pounds of Tobacco by the Court here adjudged him for his Costs and
   Charges by him about his Suite in this behalfe expended and the Said
   Deft in mercy &ca

   Margret Murrough being lately a Servt woman to Colo Thoms
   Smyth of this County and She being Indicted for Severall matters —
   when a Servt to him and She being dd. to Mr Michl. Miller one of his Ld
   Ships Justices of the peace for Said County that She may Satisfie to
   the County what fees hath been paid for her and that the Said
   Miller bring her to next August Court to be disposed of for Satis:
   :faciõn for the Same
   [Harman] Kankey | This being an accõn of debt Commenced by the Plt —
              ——— | against the Said Deft wherein the Sherf to whom
                  at | the Same was directed makes return thereof to the
   John Ashmore        | Court here to whit the 16 day of June Anno Domi
