    290                                      June Court 1719
   Said Deft. by Thomas Bowne his attorney comes and defends the force And
   Injury when &ca. and Saith that the afd Plt. his Accõn afd against him the
   Said Deft to have or maintaine ought not because he Saith that he hath
   fully Administred all the goods and Chattells which were of the afd Sarah
   Davis the Intestate at the time of her death and that he the Said Deft
   hath noe goods nor Chattells which were of the afd Intestate at the time
   of her death in his hands to be administred nor had the Said Deft any
   goods or Chattells of the Said Intestate on the day of the Impetration of
   the original writ of the afd Plt nor ever after and this he is ready to
   verifie wherefore he prays Judgment if the afd Plt his accõn afd agst.
   the Said Deft to have and maintain ought &ca.
        And the afd Roger Larramore for that the afd Wm Frisby by his plea
   afd doth deny but that the Accompt afd lately hereinto Court brought
   is Just and true and as yet unpaid and no part Satisfied more then what is
   therein mentioned and for that the afd Roger Larramore cannot denny
   but that the Said Deft Wm Frisby hath not nor at the day of the Impetration
   of the original writ of the Said Plt nor ever after nor heretofore had
   not any of the goods or Chattells which were of the afd Intestate at the
   time of her death in his hands to be administred prays Judgment for his
   Damages afd as to the Sume of Three Thousand one hundred eighty Three
   pounds of Tobacco by him above demanded of the goods and Chattells
   which were of the afd Intestate at the time of her death and which to
   the hands of the afd William hereafter Shall come to be administred ——
   Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the 19th day of June Anno
   Domi 1719 afd That the afd Roger Larramore Shall Recover against the Said
   William Frisby as Admr afd as well the afd Sume of Three Thousand one
   hundred Eighty & Three pounds of Tobacco Damages afd of the goods and
   Chattells which were of the afd Sarah Davis the Intestate at the time of
   her death and which Shall hereafter come to the hands of the afd William
   Frisby to Administer And the afd Wm Frisby in Mercy
     Cost 487lb Tobo
