                                              June Court 1719                                                 289 
   of Tobacco Yet as to the Sume of Three Thousand one hundred Eighty & Three —
   pounds of Tobacco residue of the afd Sume of Six Thousand and Sixty pounds of Tobacco
   the Said Sarah in her lifetime hath not paid nor made Content nor the Said Deft
   Sincer her death altho’ to do the Same the Said Sarah in her lifetime the first day
   of January in the Year afd at the Parish County & Jurisdiciõn afd And the Said Deft
   Since her death the first day of June in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Seven
   hundred and Eighteen at the Parish County & Jurisdiciõn afd by the Said Plt hath
   been thereto required / but to pay the Same the Said Sarah in her life time and
   the Said Deft Since her death hitherto hath gainsayd and the Said Deft doth
   Still gainsay to the damage of the Said Plt five Thousand pounds of Tobacco and
   thereupon he brings Sute &ca.       Johnson pr Plt plds John Doe Richd Roe

                Errors Excepted pr Rogr Larramore
   August the 15th: 1718 Then came the above Roger Larramore before us the Subscribers
   two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Cæcil County in the Province of Maryland and
   made Oath on the holy Evangilists That the above Accots. was Just and true And that
   he had Received no part nor parcell thereof but what he had given Cr. for to his —
   knowledge Sworn before us                                          Jno Jawert

        and the afd Wm Frisby as Admr. afd by Thomas Bowne his attorney comes and —
   defends the force and injury when &ca. and prays leave to imparle hereunto untill next
   Court and he hath it the Same day is given the Plt also
     Att which Said next Court viz the 17th day of March Anno Domi 1718 comes again as
   well the Said Plt by his afd Attry and the Said Deft by his afd Attorney and the Said
   cause was Continued untill the then next Court .. Att which Said next Cout viz the
   [19th day] of June Anno Domi 1719 comes again as well the Said Roger Larramore
   [by his A]ttorney afd as the Said Wm Frisby Admr as afd by his attorney afd and the
