June Court 1719 271 Mary Clarke at the Same time afd entered unto Recognize for her appearance to this Court as an Evide: against the afd Peter Mercy and the afd Mary in her proper person appears to the Same ordered by the Court here that her Recognize for her appearance be discharged Mary Clarke afd her Recognize taken as afd in the Sume of five pounds Sterling for her appearance to this Court as an Evide on his Lordships behalf against the afd Peter Mercy This Court here discharges her from the Same Recognize Mary Clarke at the Same time afd Entered into Recognize for her appearance to this Court as an Evide against a Certain Jane Macneale And the afd Mary in her proper person appears to the Same ordered by the Court here that her Recognize for her appearance be discharged Mary Clarke afd her Recognize taken as afd in the Sume of five pounds Sterling for her appearance to this Court as an Evide on his Lord Ships behalf against the Same Jane Macneale This Court here discharges her from her Recognizance for her appearance as afd
