   Mary Clarke at the Same time afd entered unto Recognize for her appearance
   to this Court as an Evide: against the afd Peter Mercy and the afd Mary in
   her proper person appears to the Same ordered by the Court here that her
   Recognize for her appearance be discharged
   Mary Clarke afd her Recognize taken as afd in the Sume of five pounds
   Sterling for her appearance to this Court as an Evide on his Lordships behalf
   against the afd Peter Mercy This Court here discharges her from the
   Same Recognize
      Mary Clarke at the Same time afd Entered into Recognize for her
   appearance to this Court as an Evide against a Certain Jane Macneale And the afd Mary in
   her proper person appears to the Same ordered by the Court here that her
   Recognize for her appearance be discharged
   Mary Clarke afd her Recognize taken as afd in the Sume of five pounds —
   Sterling for her appearance to this Court as an Evide on his Lord Ships behalf –
   against the Same Jane Macneale This Court here discharges her from her
   Recognizance for her appearance as afd
   His Lord Ship | His Recognize taken at last Court for his appearance to this

   afd in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterlg &ca. to appear at this Court and to answer
   unto what Should be objected against him on his Lord Ships behalfe and in
   the mean time to be of good behaviour No person at this Court shewing any
   cause why the afd Recognize. Should not be discharged This Court here discharges
   the Same
     Likewise Robert Mecay and Roger Hix his Sureties bound in Recognize
   in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterlg Each &ca. for the appearance of the afd —
   George Mecay to answer as afd and to be of good behaviour as afd this Court
   here discharges the Same Recognizance Each of them —
     There being an Indictmt in the Court agst the afd Geo Mecay for Committing
   formation with a Certain Mary Holeager This Court orders that he
   enter into Recognize for his appearance to the next Court to answer
   the Same
   The afd George Mecay in his proper person here present in Court acknowledges
   himself Indebted to his Lord Ship his heires and Successors in the Sume of
   tenn pounds Sterlg to be Leveyed on his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements
   Conditionally That if he does not make his personall appearance at the next
   Court to be held for the Said County and then and there to answer unto a—
   Certain Indictment agst him in ye Sd Court for Committing fornication with
   a Certain Mary Holeager and in the meane time to be of good behaviour
   wherewith he acknowledges himself Content
     Likewise Thomas Winn Senr. and William Debruler both of Said
   County Planters here present in Court Acknowledges themselves indebted
   to his Lord Ship his heires and Successors in the Sume of five pounds Sterlg
