   voates And his Indentures is Signed by the Sherf afd and the Electors
   upon which Colo Nathaniel Hynson and Mr Lambert Wilmer was nominated
   and a pole was desired one against the other and a pole being taken for Each
   and both being called over and the persons answering to there names on
   each pole Colo Nathaniel Hynson carrys the Same by Severall voates and
   his Indentures is Signed by the Sherf afd and the Electors
      and also James Smith and Mr Lambert Wilmer was nominated and
   a pole was desired one against the other but afterwards it was Consented.
   [illegible] that they Should go by a Generall Consent And their Indentures
   were Signed by the afd Sherf and the Electors And thereupon the
   Same Court adjourns to the City of Annapolis to the Generall assembly
   to be held on the Twenty first day of Aprill net &ca.
