   three pounds of Tobacco Cost of Sute as also together with the Sume of forty
   Six pounds of Tobacco additional Cost hereof fail not at your p^rill and have y^o. then
   and there this writ witness Nathaniel Hynson Gent chiefe Justice of our Sd
   Court this twenty Second day of November in the fourth year of his Lord Ships
   Dominion &c^a. Anno Domini 1718 . (TBowne p^r quer)

   of return of Said writ came Simon Wilmer Gent. high Sherf of Said County and

William Tower	\|	Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County the
a^t	\|	twenty Second day of November in the fourth Year
Lydia Harper	\|	of his Lord Ships Dominion &c^a. That he take ~~William~~
———————		Lydia Harper late of Kent County Widdow if She Should

   be found in his Bailywick and her Safe keep So that he have her body.
   before his Said Lord Ships Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court
   house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto William Tower
   of a plea of Trespass on the Case and that he have then and there the Said writ
   &c^a. Att which Said next Court viz^t. the Seventeenth day of March the Same
   year last mentioned the day of return of Said writ came Simon Wilmer Gent
   high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these words thereon Endorsed
   as foll^s viz^t. Cepi Corpus p^r Simon Wilmer Sher
   and a Declaration being fild when Said writ Issued forth and a Copy thereof
   Served therewith according to Act of Assembly in Such case made was as foll^s viz^t.
   Kent County Ss Lydia Harper late of Kent County Widdow was attaiched to answer unto
   William Tower of a plea of Trespass on the Case and whereupon the afd Plt -
   by John Johnson his att^ry complaines for tha twhereas the afd Deft the fifth
