    218                                    March Court 1718
             plea of the afd Garnishe So as afd pleaded not good and Sufficient in Law
   to hinder the Said Justices from holding Plea thereupon and that the Demurer
   afd is adjudged good   And That the afd Garnishe  Make further answer unto
   the afd Attachment and the return on the Same And rule is given to the
   afd Garnishe to plead Sixty days after this Court adjourns otherwise Judgmt.
   to be rendered for want of the Same—
   Benjn Bond | T:C: Returnd Non Est Inventus The afd Plt comes into Court &
              at | proves his Accot agst the Deft and Saith ye Deft is Indebted
   Peter Williams | to him Seventeen hundred forty Seven pounds Tobo.

   Garret Closey | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County the
              at | twenty Second day of November in the fourth Year of
   Solomon Body | his Lord Ships Dominion &ca. that he take Solomon—

Boudy of Kent County Planter if he Should be found in
   his bailywick and him Safe keep So that he have his body before his Sd
   Lord Ships Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house in the Town
   of Chester in Said County to Answer unto Garret Clossey of a plea of Trespass
   upon the Case and that he have then and there the Said writ &ca. Att
   which Said next Court vizt. the Seventeenth day of March the Same year
   last mentioned the day of return of Said writ Came Simon Wilmer Gent~
   high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these words thereon—
   endorsed as folls vizt. Cepi Corpus pr Simon Wilmer Sherf
     And the afd Deft being called came and the afd Plt by his afd Attry offereth
   himselfe against the afd Deft and Abraham Redgrave junr of Said County -
   comes into Court and acknowledges himselfe as Special baile in the afd —
   accõn and doth undertake the paym.t of the Damages and Cost if the Said
   Deft Shall be cast in the Same and the Condemnation Shall not Satisfie
   nor himselfe to the Custody of the Sherf of Said County deliver or that the
   afd Abraham the body of the Said Deft Shall not render &ca ——
   And the afd Deft by David Macbride his attry appears to the above~
   Accõn and prays liberty thereof to imparle thereto and to answer at~
   next Court which is granted the Same day is given the Plt in like manner
   William Frisby | T:C: returnd Cepi &ca. And the afd Deft being called came
        —— | and the Sd Plt by Tho Bowne his attry prays that ye Sd Deft
           at | might give Special bail to the afd Accõn which is granted &
   John Jones – | that he be kept in Safe Custody by the Sherf of Sd Coty untill he
