   His Lord Ship . | Recognizance taken by Mr Wm Comegys one of his Lord
           at | Ships Justices of the peace for Said County for her appearance
   Jane Macneale | to this Court The afd Jane in her proper person apepars
   ~~~~~~~~~~~
to the Same   ordered by the Court here that the Same
   Recognizance be discharged.   The afd Jane Macneale Entering into —
   Recognizance as afd in the Sume of Twenty pounds Sterling to answer
   unto Such things as Should be objected against her on his Lord Ships
   behalf. This Court here discharges her Said Recognizance
    Emmanuel Hurst Entered into Recognizance for the Sume of tenn pounds
   Sterling for the appearance of the afd Jane Nacneale as afd This Court here
   discharges the Same Recognizance ——
    ordered by the Court here that the afd Jane Macneale be in the Sherfs
   Custody untill She find Suretys for her appearance to next Court and to
   Answer unto Such things as Shall be objected agst. her on his Lord —
   Ships behalf & to be of good behaviour in the mean time
   Jane Macneale afd comes into Court and Acknowledges herself Indebted
   to his Lord Ship his heires and Successors in the Sume of Twenty pounds
   Sterling to be Leveyed on her goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements
   Conditionally that if she do not make her personal appearance at the
   next Court and to answer unto all Such things as Shall be objected against
   her on his Lord Ships behalf and in the mean time She is to be of good
   behaviour wherewith She Acknowledges her Self Content
   Likewise Came into Court Francis Meeks and Roger Hix both of —
   Said County And Acknowledged themselves indebted to his Lord Ship his
   heires and Successors in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterling Each to be—
   Leveyed on their goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally
   that if the afd Jane Macneale Shall not make ner personall appearance
   at the next Court to be held for Said County And that She is to answer
   as afd and in the mean time She is to be of good behaviour wherewith
   they acknowledge themselves Content
   ordered by the Court here that A Certain Mary Clarke Enter into
   Recognizance for her appearance to next Court as an Evidence agst:
   the afd Jane Macneale
   Mary Clarke afd Acknowledged her self indebted to his Lord Ship
   his heires and Successors in the Same of five pounds Sterling to be —
   Leveyed on his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally
   that if She do not make her personall appearance at the next Court and
   then & there to give Evidence on his Lord Ships behalf against the afd
   Jane Macneale wherewith She Acknowledges herself Content
   His Lord Ship | The afd Peter being Suspected for having Committed
          at |
   Peter Mercy | an offence against his Said Lord Ship This Court
