   and the afd Plt. prays that the afd Deft. to his Decl afd in forme afd may
   Answer   And the afd Deft comes into Court in proper person and Saith that
   he Cannot gainsay the Accõn afd of him the Said plt. nor but that he is Indebted
   to the afd Plt. the Sume of five hundred and Twenty pounds of Tobacco and .
   Three pounds Seven Shillings Currant money and is willing that Judgment
   Should be entered for the Same and Cost thereon accruing:   Therefore it is Considered
   by the Court here vizt. this Twenty first day day of August Annoq Domini one
   Thousand Seven hundred and Eighteen That the afd Plt. James Rae doe Recover
   against the Said Deft Nathaniel Pearce as well the afd Sume of Three pounds
   Seven Shillings Currant money and five hundred and Twenty pounds of Tobacco
   Damages as also the Sume of Three hundred and Eight pounds of Tobacco
   Cost by the afd Plt about his Sute in this behalfe Expended and by the
   Court here of his assent adjudged and the Said Deft in mercy &ca
