   the payment of the Damages afd and Cost thereon Accruing if the Said Deft Shall be
   Cast in the Same And the Condemnation Shall not Satisfie nor himselfe to the Custody
   of the Sherf of Said County deliver or that the afd And Andrew Ruddle the body of the
   afd Deft Shall not Render &ca.
   and the afd Deft in his proper person appeared to the above accõn and Saith
   that he Cannot gainsay the Accon afd of him the Said plt. nor but that he is
   indebted unto the afd plt. the Sume of five hundred and Sixty three pounds of
   Tobacco upon ballance and is willing that Judgment Should be entered for
   the Same & Cost Thereon accruing Therefore it is Considered by the
   Court here vizt. this Twenty first day of August Annoq Domini One Thous:
  : and Seven hundred and Eighteen That the afd William Rock Recover agst.
   the Said Deft John Johnson as well the afd Sume of five hundred and Sixty
   three pounds of Tobacco Damages as also the Sume of four hundred & Sixty three
   pounds of Tobacco Cost by the afd Plt. about his Sute in this behalfe Expended & by -
   the Court here of his assent adjudged and the Said Deft. mercy &ca.

   his body before his Said Lord Ships Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court
   house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto Bennet Lowe of
   a plea that he render him the full and just Summe of Six hundred pounds of good
   Tobacco Clear from Trash ground Leaves & Small Dull Tobacco with Cask to —
   contain the Same of the value of Six pounds Sterling Money which from him
   he unjustly detains &ca.  . And that he have then and there the Said writ &ca.
   Att which Said next Court vizt. the nineteenth day of August the Same year
   last mentioned the day of return of Said writ Came Simon Wilmer Gent. high—
   Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these words thereon Endorsed
   as folls vizt. Cepi Corpus pr Simon Wilmer Sherf. and a Declaration being fild
   when Said writ Issued forth & Copy thereof Served therewith according to Act
