   William Emmory | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent
             at | County the nineteenth day of June in the -
   Thomas S^torry — | fourth year of his Lord Ships Dominion &ca.

That he take Thomas Storey late of Kent County
   planter als Dict Tho Storey of Queen Anns County Planter if he Should
   be found in his Bailywick & him Safe keep So that he have his body
   before his Said Lord Ships Justices of the next Court to be held at our
   Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto Willm.
   Emory of a plea yt. he render unto him the Sume of Six hundred pounds
   of Tobb. of ye value of Six pounds Sterling which from him he unjustly
   detains &ca. And that he have then and there the Said writ &ca
      Att which Said next Court vizt. the nineteenth day of August the
   Same yeare last mentioned the day of return of Said writ Came
   Simon Wilmer Gent. high Sherf of Said County and made return
   thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as folls viz Cepi Corpus   p r
   Simon Wilmer Sher       John Johnson attry for the afd [illegible]
   prays that he may be admited to be Surty for the afd Plt to pay Cost
   to ye afd Deft if he the afd Deft Shall apr. to the afd Accon & the Plt
   be Cast in the Same which is granted John Johnson afd Acnow:
  :ledges himselfe as Surety for the afd Plt. And that he will pay all
   Costs to the Deft in the accõn afd if the Plt Shall be Cast in the
   Same and pay it not himselfe
     and the afd Deft being Called Came and the afd Plt by his
   afd Attry prays that the Said Deft may give Speciall baile to
   the afd Accon which is granted . on which Thomas Bowne of
   Said County in Court Cometh and Acknowledgeth himself as —
   Speciall baile in the above Accõn and doth undertake for
