   100                                  August Court 1718
   that if the afd Laughlin Flinn Shall not pay to his Said Lordship five hundred
   pounds of Tobacco for his keeping a publick house of Entertainment or
   ordinary in the County afd   As also they and every of them do acknowledge
   themselves indebted to his Lord Ship his heires & Successors in the Sume of
   Twenty pounds Sterling to be Leveyed on their goods & Chattells Lands &
   Tenements Conditionally that if the afd Laughlin in his Said house of
   Entertainment or Ordinary Shall Entertain any ffreeman or Loose
   persons in his house above Twenty four hours unless Such person or —
   persons are Capable of giving a voate for a deligate in Said County or be
   by him retained as a Servant wherewith they acknoweldge themselves

   William Glanvill Michael Hackel and Laughlin Flinn all of .
   this County comes into Court and in their proper person they and every
   of them Acknowledges themselves indebted to his Lord Ship his heires
   and Successors in the Sume of One Thousand pounds of Tobacco
   Conditionally that if the afd William Glanvill Shall not pay to his Said
   Lord Ship five hundred pounds of Tobacco for his keeping A publick —
   house of Entertainment or Ordinary in the County afd As also they
   and every of them do Acknowledge themselves indebted to his Lordship
   his heires & Successors in the Sume of Twenty pounds Sterling to be Leveyed
   on their goods and Chattells Lands & Tenements Conditionally that if the
   afd William in his Said house of Entertainment or Ordinary Shall—
   Entertain any ffreeman or Loose persons in his house above Twenty
      (Court days Excepted)
   four hours^ unless Such person or persons are Capable of giving —
   a voate for a deligate in Said County or be by him retained as a
   Servant wherewith they acknowledge themselves Content

    Susannah Edwards Abraham Redgrave Junr. and Edward Beck Junr.
   all of this County comes into Court and in their proper persons they and Every of—
   them Acknowledges themselves indebted to his Lord Ship his heires and Successors
   in the Sume of One Thousand pounds of Tobacco Conditionally that if the afd Sussannah
   Edwards Shall not pay to his Said Lord Ship five hundred pounds of Tobacco for her
   keeping a publick house of Entertainment or Ordinary in the County afd as also
   they and every of them do Acknowledge themselves indebted to his Lord Ship his
   goods and Chattells Lands & Tenements Conditionally that if the afd Sussannah—
   Edwards in her Said house of Entertainment or Ordinary Shall Entertain
   any ffreeman or Loose person in her house above Twenty four hours unless
   Such person or persons are Capable of giving a voate for a deligate in Said
   County or be by her retained as a Servant wherewith they acknoweldge
