33. two and Thomas to be free on the first day of December Eighteen hundred and sixty three at which periods respectively they will have attained the age of twenty one years. And from and after the above mentioned date respectively I do hereby declare that the said John and Thomas shall thenceforth before manumitted and discharged from all manner of service and servitude to me my heirs Executors Administrators or assigns In Witness whereof I hereunto subscribe my name and affix my seal on this Twelfth day of February in the year One thousand Eight hundred and forty seven Signed sealed and delivered in the presence Geo. Weems (Seal) Robert S. D. Jones Geo. D. Lyles State of Maryland Anne Arundel County Sc.t Be it remembered and it is hereby certified that on this Twelfth day of February Eighteen hundred and forty seven before the subscriber a Justice of the peace of the State of Maryland in and for Anne Arundel County aforesaid personally appears George Weems he being known to me to be the person who is named and described as and professing to be the manumittor in the foregoing Deed of manumission or Instrument of writing and doth acknowledge the same Costs to be his act and Deed In Testimony whereof 75 cts I hereunto subscribe my name on the day and year 6 sides aforesaid Recorded the 29.th may 1847 Robert S.
