by them transported to the said Colony and we do hereby
declare the said negro Nace to be liberated and free from
servitude from us and each and every one of us and from
all and every person or persons whatsoever provided nevertheless
and it is the meaning & intention or the  presents and of the
parties hereto that if the said Negro Nace shall refuse to accept
the offer of freedom herein Contained and shall refuse to
migrate to Siberia or such other place on the Coast of Africa
as may be proposed to him by the board of managers and
within the time to be limited by the said board of managers
then these presents and every thing therein contained designed
to favour the freedom of the said negro Nace shall be utterly
null and void and the said Nace on such refusal shall
be and remain the property of the undersigned representatives
of the said deceased  And it is also hereby further expressed and
declared that upon the acceptance of the terms herein proposed
by the said negro Nace that the said Stephen Beard administrator
as aforesaid is hereby authorised and empowered to
deliver the said Nace to the manager aforesaid and we do
hereby release acquit Exonerate and discharge the said
administrator from all claim or demand by or from us or any
or either of us and our heirs in consequence of such delivery
In Witness whereof we have hereto set our hands and seals
this Eleventh day of april in the year of our Lord one
thousand Eight hundred and forty three
