573 sixty and the issue of any or all of her the said Ellens Children that may be born on or before the said tenth day of september Eighteen hundred and sixty also the issue that may be born of the said negro girl slave named Harriett on or before the tenth day of February Eighteen hundred and sixty two and the issue of any or all of her the said Harrietts Children that may be born on or before the said tenth day of February Eighteen hundred and sixty two from and after the expiration of his her or their term of service as prescribed by the terms of the bill of sale last aforesaid that is to say so soon as he she or they shall have arrived at the age of thirty five years and the issue that may be born of the said negro Girl slave named Ellen on or before the day aforesaid and the issue of any or all of her the said Ellens children that may be born on or before the day aforesaid as well as the issue that may be born of the said negro Girl slave named Harriett on or before the day aforesaid and the issue of any or all of her the said Harrietts Children that may be born on or before the day aforesaid I do declare to be thenceforth that is to say from and after the expiration of his her or their term of service as prescribed as aforesaid that is to say so soon as he she or they shall arrive at the age of thirty five years freed manumitted and discharged from all manner of servitude or service to my executors or administrators and from all manner of claim or right of claim of servitude or service by me my Executors or administrators forever In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this fifteenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and thirty five |
