the said thirteenth day of march Eighteen hundred and
fifty five and the issue of any or all of her the said Nack's
children that may be born on or before the said
thirteenth day of march Eighteen hundred and fifty
five from and after the expiration of his her or their
term of service as prescribed by the terms of the last
aforesaid bill of sale that is to say so soon as he she
or they shall arrive at the age of thirty five years.  And
the said issue that may be born of the said negro Girl
slave named Nack on or before the day aforesaid and
the issue of any or all of her the said Nacks children
that may be born on or before the day aforesaid  I do
declare to be thenceforth that is to say from and after
the expiration of his her or their term of service as prescribed
as aforesaid that is to say so soon as he she or they shall
arrive at the age of thirty five years freed manumitted
and discharged from all manner of servitude or
service to me my Executors or administrators and from
all manner of claim or right of claim of servitude or
service by me my Executors or administrators forever
I do hereby also release from slavery manumit and
set free from and after the tenth day of September
Eighteen hundred and Sixty one negro Girl slave
by the name of Ellen or by whatsoever name or
names she may be known or called being now in
the tenth year of her age (having been born on the
tenth of september Eighteen hundred and twenty
five and from and after the tenth day of
February Eighteen hundred and Sixty two one
negro Girl slave named Harriett or by whatsoever
name or names she may be known or called being
now in the ninth year of her age (having been
born on the tenth of February eighteen hundred and
twenty seven both now in the possession of the legal
