the said Richard Sappington his Executors administrators
and assigns for the term of thirty five years from the day
of her birth that is to say from the birth day of February
Eighteen hundred and Eighteen which said term will
expire cease and determine on the aforesaid tenth day
of February Eighteen hundred and fifty three and the
said negro Girl slave named Mary I do declare to be
thenceforth that is to say from and after the aforesaid
tenth day of February Eighteen hundred and fifty three
freed manumitted and discharged from all manner
of servitude or service to me my Executors or administrators and
from all manner of claim or right of claim of servitude or
service by me my Executors or administrators for ever.  And I
do hereby release from slavery liberate manumit and set
free the issue that may be born of the said negro girl
slave named mary on or before the aforesaid the tenth
day of February Eighteen hundred and fifty three and
the issue of any or all of the said marys Children that
may be born on or before the day last aforesaid from
and after the expiration of his her or their term of service
as prescribed by the terms of the bill of sale aforesaid
that is to say so soon as he she or they shall arrive at the
age of thirty five years.  And the issue that may be
born of the said negro Girl slave named mary on or
before the day aforesaid and the issue of any or all of
her the said Marys Children that may be born on or
before the day aforesaid I do declare to be thenceforth
that is to say from and after the expiration of his her
or their term of service as prescribed as aforesaid that
is to say so soon as he she or they shall arrive at the
age of thirty five years freed manumitted and discharged
from all manner of servitude or service to me my Executors
or administrators and from all manner of claim or right
of claim of servitude or service by me my Executors or
