46 Maryland Anne Arundel county to wit I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof William a mulatto boy aged about thirteen years about five feet high was free born and raised in the county aforesaid Issued the 10 day of Dec.r 1810 Maryland Ann Arundel County to wit I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof Nicholas Matthews aged about twenty two years about five feet four inches high of a dark complexion was free born and was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 17th day of December 1810 Maryland Anne Arundel County sc I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof James Jackson a bright mulatto aged about twenty six years ^about^ five feet six Inches high is the same person named in a deed of manumission Executed by mary Ridout Samuel Ridout and Horatio Ridout on the seventh day of august in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and seven and that the said James Jackson was raised in Anne Arundel County Issued the 19th December 1810 |
