47 Ann Arundel county to wit I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof Wappin of a brown complexion about forty years of age five feet five Inches high is the same person named in Francis Shekells deed of manumission his freedom began on the first day of January 1811 said Wappin was raised in the county afores.d Issued the 10 Jan.y 1811 Maryland Anne Arundel county to wit I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof Jack a yellow man about thirty five years old five feet seven inches high and has a small scar on his right Eye brow is a free man and that his freedom took place on the twenty third day of January 1805 said Jack was raised in the county afores.d Issued the 18.th day of January 1811 Maryland Anne Arundel county Sc. I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof Dinah of a dark complexion about five feet six inches high with a scar on her chin is the same person named in a deed of manumission executed by charles Pettibone on the twenty sixth day of January in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and five and that the said woman called Dinah was raised in Anne Arundel county aforesaid Issued the 22.nd January 1811 |
