276 said Samuel Burgess his executors and administrators forever and to any and all persons whatsoever from and after the full end and determination of the term of eight years as aforesaid. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this first day of January eighteen hundred and fourteen Signed Sealed & delivered Walter Wyvill (seal) in the presence of Sam.l Gott On the back of the aforegoing was thus endorsed to wit Received on the day of the date above mentioned of M.r Samuel Burgess the sum of two hundred dollars And at the same time received the further sum of ten dollars current money they being the consideration money of the foregoing deed or instrument of writing and in full for the same Test Walter Wyvill Sam.l Gott Anne Arundel County Sc.t On this first day January eighteen hundred and fourteen before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the peace of the State of Maryland for the County aforesaid personally appears Walter Wyvill party to the foregoing instrument of writing and acknowledges the same to be his act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned and the negro man George therein mentioned to be the right estate and property of Samuel Burgess for and during the full term of eight years from and after the |
