264 and affixed my seale the day and year first above written Signed Sealed and Susanna Gaither (seal) delivered in the presence of On the back of the aforegoing was thus endorsed to wit: Maryland Ss.t Ann Arundel County to witt: On the sixteenth day of May 1814 came the within named Susanner Gaither before us the subscribers two of the Justices of the peace for the County aforesaid and acknowledged the within instrument of writeing or deed of Emansipation to be her act and deed and that the within negroe slaves named Mary Ann Harriott and Wilson and their increase to be clear and free from all persons and Emansipated from slavery and to be sett at liberty and to be in right to themselves after the death of me the said Susanner Gaither according to the true intent and meaning of the within instrument of writeing or deed of mansipation and an act of assembly in such cases made and provided Acknowledged before us the subscribers R Welch of Ben Chd N.
