On the 30.th day of November 1813 appeared before me one of the Justices of the peace for the County aforesaid Susannah Wyvill party to the foregoing instrument of writing and acknowledged the same to be her act and deed and the signature and seal thereto affixed to be respectively hers for the purpose therein express'd Acknowledged before Chd Sam.l Gott 4¾ Recorded the 18th day of January 1814 To all whom it may concern Be it Known that I Frederick P. Jones of Anne Arundel County in the State of Maryland for divers good causes and considerations me thereunto moving as also in further consideration of five shillings current money to me in hand paid do by these presents liberate manumitt and set free my negro slave named Henrietta aged thirteen years to be free when she shall arrive at the age of thirty years: and I do hereby further liberate manuamitt and set free all the increase of the said negro slave Henrietta and her desendants increase as they |
