239 free on the first day of January eighteen hundred and twenty one charity aged about ten years to be free on the first day of January eighteen hundred and twenty three Patience aged about ten years to be free on the first day of January eighteen hundred and twenty three and in case the above named negroes viz Amey Hannah Stacey Sophia Charity Patience or either of them should have nay children during their servitude they shall be free when they arrive to the following ages viz males at the age of twenty five and females at the age of twenty and their Childrens Children to the latest generation in like manner Nathaniel aged about sixteen to be free on the first day of January eighteen hundred and twenty two Tye aged about four years to be free on the first day of January eighteen hundred and thirty four William aged about two years to be free on the first day of January eighteen hundred and thirty six all of the above mentioned negroes and their increase to be free at the limited time as pecified above from me my heirs executors and administrators in manner and form above mentioned viz Henry on the 1st day of January 1814 Hannah on the first day of January 1814 Stacey on the 1st day of January 1816 Sophia on the 1.st day of January 1821 Charity on the 1.st day of January 1823 Patience on the first day of January 1823 and their Childrens Children to the latest generation males at the age of 25 years and females at 21 years Nathaniel to be free on the |
