that is born of these females which is above
mentioned while in bondage after this date is to
be free and there heirs forever at these ages
males at the age of twenty five and females at
the age of twenty one years.  In Witness I do hereby
set my hand and seal this eleventh day of
November eighteen hundred and eleven

On the back of the aforegoing was thus endorsed to wit
Anne Arundel County S.t    I hereby certify that on
this eleventh day of November eighteen hundred
and eleven came the within named Mary
Meriweather before me the subscriber a Justice of
the peace for the County aforesaid and
acknowledged this instrument to be her act
and deed according to the true intent and
meaning thereof

Be it Known that I Thomas Harris Junior of the
City of Annapolis in Anne Arundel County and
State of Maryland for divers good causes and
considerations me thereunto moving as also in
further consideration of the sum of two hundred
and fifty dollars current money to me in hand
paid have released from slavery liberated
manumitted and set free and by these presents
do hereby release from slavery liberate manumit
                                                                and
