Fortune aged about thirty five years and her daughter
Eliza Fortune aged about three years and do for
myself my executors and administrators release
unto the said Priscilla and her daughter Eliza all
my right and all claim whatsoever as to their
persons or to any estate they may acquire hereby
declaring the said negroes absolutely free without
any interruption from me or any person claiming
under me.  In Witness whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and seal this twenty seventh day of
April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and eleven

On the back of the aforegoing was thus endorsed to wit:
State of Maryland ss.   On the twenty seventh day
of April in the year of our Lord 1811 personally
appeared before me the subscriber one of the
Justices of the peace for Ann Arundel County
Richard Hopkins Physician party to the above
instrument of writing who acknowledged the said
instrument to be his act and deed and the
signature and seal thereto annexed to be
respectively his

    To all whom it may concern be it Known that
I Augustine Gambrill of Anne Arundel County in
the State of Maryland for divers good causes me
thereunto moving have released from slavery
liberated manumitted and set free and by these
presents do release from Slavery liberate manumit
and set free my mulatto man named Ned now
