The said Samuel Maccubbin made oath before Richard Mackubin a Justice of the peace for the County aforesaid that the said Negro Poll above named is the Identical person mentioned in said deed of manumission Issued the 20.th day of April 1807 Anne Arundel County sc I Nicholas Harwood Clerk of Anne Arundel County Court Do Certify that it appears by a deed of manumission from Elizabeth Oliver bearing date the seventeenth day of November Eighteen hundred and six and recorded among the records of Anne Arundel County Court that Negro Isaac Oliver aged twenty five years was to be free from the day of the date of the said deed of manumission he is about five feet nine Inches and a half high his complexion a very bright mulatto was raised in Anne Arundel County. Elizabeth Oliver of said County made Oath before Gideon White a Justice of the peace for the County aforesaid that the said Negro Isaac Oliver is the Identical person mentioned in said deed of manumission Issued the 20.th day of April 1807 |
