                      Be it remembered that on this seventeenth day of
November in the year Eighteen hundred & four personally appears
William Reynolds within mentioned before me the Subscriber
one of the Justices of the peace of the State of Maryland for the
County of Anne Arundel aforesaid and acknowledges the within
Instrument of writing to be his act & Deed for the purposes
within mentioned and his said several Children and their issue
& increase therein mentioned to be henceforth manumitted and
discharged from all manner of Servitude whatsoever & to be free &
manumitted according to the acts of Assembly in such case
made & provided
