20 John, Sarah, Mary, Harriot and Nancy and George discharged from all Claim of Service and right of property whatever from me my heirs Executors or Administrators As witness my hand & Seal this twenty third day of January in the year 1798 Witness the words & George being first interlined in two Jacob Forty (seal) places before signing & Sealing James Mackubin Robert Welch On the back of the aforegoing was thus endorsed Vizt Ann Arundel County sct on the 23d day of Jan.y 1798 personally appeared before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the peace for the County aforesaid Jacob Forty party to the within Instrument of writing and acknowledged the same to be his Act and Deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned before James Mackubin Recorded 23d Jan.ry 1798
