155 of writing and did acknowledge the same to be his act and deed and the above mentioned negroes to be free at the times above specified agreeably to the act of assembly in that case made and provided Allen Quynn Recorded 1.st September 1803 Ex.d
and considerations me thereunto moving do hereby declare free manumit and enfranchise the following to wit. Aron aged about seventeen years to be free on the first day of January in the year of our blessed Lord one Thousand eight hundred and Fourteen. Hereby acknowledging the said negro discharged from all claim of service and right of property whatever from me my heirs executors or administrators, as Witness my hand and seal this twenty third day of august in the year of our blessed lord one Thousand eight hundred and Three Signed Sealed acknowledged and Deliver'd In the presence of W.m Weems (seal) James N.
