154 in such case made and provided James Mackubin Recorded 31st day of August 1803 Ex.d Whereas I Henry Johnson of the County of Ann Arundel and State of Maryland for divers good causes and considerations me thereunto moving do hereby declare free manumit and enfranchise my negro woman Maria being about the age of twenty four years, hereby acknowledging the said Maria to be discharged from all claim of service and right of property at the expiration of fifteen years from the date of these presents, also her female child aged about one year I also declare to be free at the experation of thirty years from the same date.
