Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit
    I William S Green, Clerk of Anne Arundel
County Court do hereby Certify that it hath
been proved to my satisfaction that the Bearer
hereof named Maria Maynard aged about
twenty five years about five feet six inches
high yellow Complexion has a small scar on
the right arm is the identical person
manumitted by John Maynard by deed dated
the second day of November in the year of our
Lord one thousand Eight hundred and forty
and that she was raised in the County aforesaid
    Issued the 2nd day of November 1840


Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit
    I William S Green, Clerk of Anne Arundel
County Court do hereby Certify that it
hath been proved to my satisfaction
that the Bearer hereof named Catharine
Green aged about nineteen years about
five feet three inches high Brown
Complexion has a small scar on the
left wrist was free born and that she
was raised in the County aforesaid
    Issued the 4th day of november 1840


Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit
              I William S Green, Clerk of Anne Arundel
County Court do hereby Certify that it hath been
proved to my satisfaction that the Bearer hereof
named Elizabeth Ann Williams aged about
fourteen years about four feet ten and a
