my satisfaction that the bearer hereof named Daniel Boston aged about twenty one years about five feet Eight and an half Inches high black Complexion has a small scar on the back of the right hand is one of the persons declared free by an Act of the General Assembly passed in December Session Eighteen hundred and thirty five chapter two hundred and sixty six and that she was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 20 day of april 1840 Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit I William S Green, Clerk of Anne Arundel County Court do hereby Certify that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the Bearer hereof named Nelly Johnson aged about thirty six years about five feet high yellow Complexion has a small scar near the Corner of the right eye is the identical person manumitted by Samuel Jones by deed dated the Eleventh day of January in the year Eighteen hundred and nineteen and that she was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 21st april 1840 Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit I William S Green, Clerk of Anne Arundel County Court do hereby Certify that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof named Harriet Sparrow aged about thirty three years about five feet seven Inches high dark Complexion has no perceptible marks is one of the persons manumitted by John Mercer & John Collinson by deed dated the twenty first day of april Eighteen hundred and forty and that she was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 21 day of April 1840 |
