Anne Arundel County Court Certificates of Freedom, 1831-1844

    Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit
              I William S Green, Clerk of Anne Arundel
County Court do hereby Certify that it hath been
proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof
named Edward Parker aged about thirty
five years about four feet five and three
quarter Inches high light Complexion has
a scar on the knuckle joint of the middle
finger of the left hand was free born and
that he was raised in the County aforesaid
    Issued the 3d day of September 1838


State of Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit
              I William S Green, Clerk of Anne Arundel
County Court do hereby Certify that it hath been
proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof
named Elisha Parker aged about twenty two
years about five feet Eight and a half inches
high brown Complexion has no perceptible
mark or scar was free born and that he was
raised in the County aforesaid
    Issued the 14 day of September 1838


State of Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit
              I William S Green, Clerk of Anne Arundel
County Court do hereby Certify that it hath been
proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof
named Andrew Parker aged about twenty three
years about five feet five and a half
Inches high yellow Complexion has a small
scar on the back of the left hand was free
born that he was raised in the County aforesaid
    Issued the 14 day of September 1838
