90 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County Sc. I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro woman named Amelia Gold aged about thirty one yeas about five feet one an half inches high of a brown complexion with a scar upon the right arm just above the bend and another upon the left just above the wrist is the same person manumitted by Joseph Stansbury by deed dated the fifth day of December eighteen hundred and fifteen and that the said negro Amelia Gold was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 17.th day of September 1816 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit: I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named John Thomas aged about twenty six years about five feet seven Inches high, black Complexion with a small scar upon the under lip was free born; and that the said negro man named John Thomas was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 5th day of October 1816 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County Sct I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro woman named Deborah aged about seventeen years about five feet three inches high of a brown complexion no perceptible mark or scar is the same person manumitted by Bennett Darnall by deed dated the twenty ninth day of April in the year eighteen |
