35 part of the little finger of the right hand is the same person manumitted by Eleanor Williams by deed bearing date the third day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Eleven and that the said negro man named William Williams was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 28th day of July 1813 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit: I Hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named Philip Stewart aged about thirty five years about five feet nine and an half inches high of a black complexion with a scar upon the right cheek and another upon the forehead is the same person manumitted by Robert Wallace by deed bearing date the third day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirteen and that the said Philip Stewart was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 9.th day of September 1813 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit: I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a black man named William Smith aged about twenty three years about five feet Eight Inches high of a brown complexion and marked in the face by the small pox is the same person manumitted by Sarah Hamer by deed bearing date the seventeenth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety one and that the said William Smith was raised in the City of Annapolis and County aforesaid.
