five and an half inches high, of a dark complexion
with a scar upon the back of the right hand was
free born; and that the said Archibald Hawkins
was raised in Anne Arundel County
          Issued the 11th day of February 1813



Maryland Anne Arundel County sc.
        I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may
concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof a negro woman named
Sarah Lucas of a yellow complexion about sixteen
years of age about five feet two and a half inches
high with a small scar upon the left side of
her nose was free born and that the said Sarah
Lucas was raised in Anne arundel County aforesaid
Issued the 15.th day of March 1813



Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit: 
        I Hereby certify to all whom it doth or may
concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof a negro man named William
Watkins aged about twenty one years about five
feet five inches high of a dark complexion
was free born and that the said William Watkins
was raised in the County aforesaid
Issued the 16.th day of March 1813



Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit
        I Hereby certify to all whom it doth or may
concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof a negro woman named
Dinah aged about twenty years of a brown complexion
