the bearer hereof named Jacob aged about twenty seven years about five feet five Inches high black Complexion has a small scar near the right Eye is one of the persons manumitted by Henry C Hobbs by deed dated the twelfth day of April in the year of our Lord, one thousand Eight hundred and Eleven and that he was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 21 day of april 1828 Maryland Anne Arundel County To wit: I William S Green Clerk of Anne Arundel County, do hereby Certify, that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof named Nathan Nelson aged about forty two years about five feet seven inches high black complexion has a scar on the upper lip and has lost the fingers on the right hand is the Identical person manumitted by Philemon D Ridgely by Deed dated the Twentieth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and twenty Eight and that he was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 23rd day of April 1828 Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit I William S Green Clerk of Anne Arundel County Court Do hereby Certify that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof named Henny Gibson aged about Twenty three years about five feet one Inch high yellow Complexion has a small scar between the eyes is one of the persons manumitted by Genard H Snowden by deed dated the twenty second day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and twenty six and that she was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 8th day of may 1828 |
