satisfaction that the bearer hereof named Maria Adams aged about Twenty six years about five feet two and an half Inches high dark Complexion a scar on the left arm is one of the persons manumitted by Charles Carroll of Carrollton by deed dated the nineteenth day of September one thousand Eight hundred and twenty two, and that she was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 3d day of January 1827 Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof named Joseph Sellman aged about forty two years about five feet two and an half Inches high light Complexion a scar near the left eye is the Identical person manumitted by Philip Hammond Hopkins by deed dated the fifth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and twenty seven and that he was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 11 day of January 1827 Maryland, Anne Arundel County sc I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof named William Johnson aged about twenty one years about five feet three and an half Inches |
