Anne Arundel County Court Certificates of Freedom, 1810-1831

Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit   I hereby
Certify to all whom it doth or may Concern that it
hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer
hereof named William Castle aged about Eighteen
years about five feet five and an half Inches
high bright Complexion no perceptible mark
one of the persons manumitted by Elizabeth Claude
by deed dated the twenty first day of February
in the year Eighteen hundred and ten, and that
he was raised in the County aforesaid
    Issued the 3d day of August 1826


    Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit   I hereby
Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that
it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the
bearer hereof named Charlotte aged about
Eighteen years about five feet high dark
Complexion no perceptible mark free born and
raised in the County aforesaid
    Issued the 8th day of August 1826


    Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit
              I hereby Certify to all whom it doth
or may concern that it hath been proved to
my satisfaction that the bearer hereof named
William Brower aged about Thirty years about
five feet nine Inches high yellow Complexion
a scar upon the sole of his right foot was
free born, and raised in the County
aforesaid
    Issued the 16 day of August 1826
